When the guy delivered the box I could smell the lemony, rasberriness through the cardboard...The world was set right by your cake.

You have stayed the course of providing an outstanding product line based on quality and taste

Hey Trish.  Imagine my delight and surprise when one of my clients sent a HUGE box – two boxes to be exact – of DD goodies.  I have not seen DD products here in Ocala, FL where I now reside.  After my divorce a few years ago, I purchased property in the heart of horse country and started Bayfield Farm – a facility for retired show hunter/jumpers or horses that require some time off to recover from injury.  Bayfield’s farm manager, KC Steege, who also hails from MA, raced over this evening and said, “Look what arrived today,” to which I replied, “Well, the products are great but so is the CEO.”  I have always admired your attention to quality and the extraordinary generosity of your spirit that is reflected in the company’s philosophy and philanthropic efforts.  You have totally stayed the course as a successful woman CEO and remain an inspiration to so many.  Your customers of course, are grateful that you have stayed the course of providing an outstanding product line based on quality and taste.  I was happy to be reacquainted with the Dancing Deer brand and I just wanted to tell you again how much I admire you.  All the best,  Nancy Connolly

Continued good luck—be well—you deserve it

Hi, Trish,

Just a voice from the past saying how much I love your company’s products and how much I admire your approach to running/owning a company. Continued good luck—be well—you deserve it.

Best, Lenore

Just sent another gift of Dancing Deer cookies

Trish—

Just sent another gift of Dancing Deer cookies with the message:

Hope you enjoy these cookies from Dancing Deer which employs some of the parents of my students so they can study our math better.

It may be a little of an exaggeration, but it gets the point across.

Recycling.  Art.  Dancing Deer.  Yale should be proud to have you as an alum.

I may have some Dancing Deer cookies to blame for my labor!

Hi Trish…I had to email you to let you know that I had my baby…and I may have some Dancing Deer cookies to blame for my labor!  I do not have much of a sweet tooth but my husband and I were in Whole Foods last Sunday and the triple chocolate cookies looked very tempting…later that day, after consuming most of the packet, I started to feel some low key contractions….and on Monday night my labor started…..then on February 23rd after 21 hours of labor our beautiful baby was born via c-section…weighing in at 7 pounds 13 ounces (those extra ounces must have been the cookies).  Not sure if it was the cookies or the fact she was almost a week late…but I thought you would enjoy the story.

She was very impressed with that and has never forgotten it.

Hi Trish,

I thought you might want to know I met with an admirer of yours. I had a meeting with Wendy Simmons, the President of Prism Energy. I was meeting her to try and become a vendor for her company. When I mentioned that Integrated Electric was the electrical contractors for your bakery, she lit up. I guess she buys your cookies every year. One year there was a problem with the order and you called her personally to make good on it. She was very impressed with that and has never forgotten it. She went on to compliment your accomplishments as a woman business owner like herself.
