I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate you and your sweets.

Daily Route

We are REALLY hoping you’ll join us for any or all of this ride. Here are some tips to connecting with Trish.

1. If you plan to join the ride, definitely check in to the Calendar and Where’s Trish first. We’ll mark changes in plans with a date and time stamp so you know how current the info is.
2. We expect to travel at approximately 15 mph so you can gauge for yourself where it would be best to meet her.
3. Please email information on riders planning to join, or questions, to Lindsay.Interland@dancingdeer.com who is our “Dispatch Center” back at Deer headquarters. She is available to answer questions on the specifics of that day’s rides. 617-442-7300 x 235. Her voicemail will have daily updates.
4. Any changes in plans will be posted on the ride calendar as quickly as possible (usually within 30 minutes).
5. Lindsay will be happy to arrange way points for groups which want to have an advance plan for meeting up with Trish.
6. The total mapped mileage is 1344 miles. We have allowed about 150 miles of detours, sightseeing inspirations (wrong turns) or inspired additions. We expect to come in right around 1500 miles on May 6th at 3:00 PM on the Boston Common . . . God willing and the creek don’t rise.

THANK YOU to anyone who is helping get riders or participate in any way!! Want to see where Trish is right now? Click here!

There are three days which are represented by only two maps (Charlotte to Raleigh and Raleigh to Richmond). The 310 miles between Charlotte, NC and Richmond VA were originally set up for two mega days, but we’ve (sensibly) split them in to three days. So you’ll need to consult those two maps to find the group if you plan to join the ride, definitely check in to the Calendar and Where’s Trish first.
