It’s been a long winter, but spring has finally come! The grass is green again, birds are chirping, and Easter will be here before we know it. Rabbits and eggs, both ancient symbols of fertility, have been associated with Easter since the Middle Ages, and the idea came to America centuries ago with Pennsylvania Dutch immigrants.
