Working at Dancing Deer Baking Co has made truly appreciate work and how productive you can be with a great team like the one I work with. Julie who is as sweet and classic as our Molasses Clove Cookies (Munchies of the Day by the way), Eliza who is as tasteful and tangy as our Sugar cane Lime Cookies & Scott is like our Caramel Pecan Brownies, he’s gooey and is the best at what he does, being the best.


My point being is that I work with an awesome group that pushes me to my limits to be the all I can be. That’s what Dancing Deer Baking Co. is all about - pushing & pulling the every aspect of our product line to make it better, and doing it happily because we care.  We care about making our product succeed and giving our customers the best possible experience with Dancing Deer.
