Huge on flavor
First off, I love everything I’ve ever had from Dancing Deer (since I
was first introduced to it about 7 yrs ago). My all-time favorite is
the Chocolate Espresso Poundcake: not too sweet and huge on flavor
and moistness!

Totally suprised
I am so very grateful to you for the excellent customer service I received from Dancing Deer Baking Company. My daughter’s birthday cake (for her 18th birthday) arrived at her college on the day you said it would - she was totally surprised and it made being so far from home on her birthday bearable. She said it was the most delicious cake she’s ever tasted! Thank you so very much.

Meyer lemon-ricotta pancake
I grew up in central California with a 6”” tall, 6”” wide Meyer lemon tree in the backyard. I love them, but now living in the east, they’re practically impossible to find. So, I love your pancake mix. Also, I went to the Four Seasons Restaurant in NYC which is known for the Meyer lemon-ricotta pancake. Outstanding! So, I now use your mix with the following changes: add a bit more lemon peel, a bit more baking powder (and sometimes a little club soda), then put in almost equal amounts of your mix and ricotta cheese (a bit less cheese). Add more milk as necessary, but this won’t be a typical pancake mix consistency due to the cheese. Make pancakes as usual. Different texture, great pancakes!
