You saved the day. I was sitting here shivering in the 55 degree bliss of my apartment and decided that I needed more carbs if I was going to live like an Eskimo. I mixed up a batch of ‘Dancing Deer Chocolate Pancakes. They never made it to a plate. Down the hatch. Quite good I might add.

What a joy
Just wanted to let you know that I gave the 12-month cookie order to my parents for their 80th birthdays. The first month came the other day and they are beside themselves! They love the cookies and were so excited to receive the chocolate pancake/waffle mix, too. They had waffles for dinner last night. What a joy!

I wanted to take a moment to write regarding your Pumpkin Spice Pancake and Waffle Mix. The end product created by this mix can be described in one word…amazinglydelicioussuperexcellenteasytomakeevenmorefuntoenjoyperfectwaytostartyourdayoneheckofapancake!!! As you can see, I was blown away! To me pancakes have always been like pizza…even when it’s bad, it’s good. From this day forth, I am excluding pancakes from that silly old adage.
